Fabulous!

Pros: A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff, very friendly and accommodating. Stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend and had a great time. My parents also stayed at same time and equally loved it! The rooms are spacious and clean with fast wifi and streaming apps on tv. Ate in the restaurant and food was amazing. Best cocktails we found aswell! Would definitely return! 1st class.

A Wonderful Gem in the Old Town

Pros: We have just returned from a brief stay at this beautiful hotel. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and the beds are so comfortable! Fabulous bathrooms with bath. Large TVs with netflix and great WiFi. It has everything you could possibly need. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and the beds are so comfortable! Large TVs with netflix and great WiFi. We also love the position right on the square, seconds from bars, restaurants and major attractions. Amazing hosts and all the staff! Fabulously responsive before and during our stay. So friendly and couldnt do more to help with anything. A beautiful bar and restaurant with again, fabulous staff and service, delicious food and the best cocktails! So fabulous, we are already rebooking a return trip later in the year! 1st Class recommended! Thank you.

Cons: Nothing. Had an issue with tv on the first night, but staff and owners are incredible and it was resolved by lunchtime the next day! Couldn't fault it.

Was amazing the stay in a palatial styled hotel.

Pros: Beautifully presented like a small palace. Location was great, just a 1 minute walk to the old square.

Cons: The bathroom was beautiful but the bath needs a hand held shower hook to comfortably have a shower in the bath.

Pros: Fantastic location on the main square, highly recommend staying here. New, spotless with lovely rooms. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Will recommend to friends. The bar down stairs is magical ( especially at Christmas)and service's fabulous cocktails 🍸.

Had a great time in Krakow.

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous room and bathroom. Perfect location.

Cons: The reception wasn’t aways manned, so had to report to the cocktail bar next door for assistance. Seemed more of a nuisance for the staff.

Stylish boutique hotel

Pros: It’s small boutique hotel right in Krakow city center. The room is big and stylish furnished as well well very clean. WiFi worked perfectly and check in and check out was smooth and fast.
