Amazing place to stay, lovely staff, great value for money.

Pros: Very spacious, everything you need for a city break accommodation. Close to the Old Town Main Square. Let us lock up our daughters pram so we didn’t have to keep carrying it up and down the stairs.

Cons: Beds were a little soft but that’s being picky, it’s a great place.

Perfect short stay in Krakow

Pros: Excellent central location, comfortable and spotless room. Staffing really helpful and friendly. Had some issues getting in as I didn't put the code in fast enough, but neighbouring business helped!

Fabulous location

Pros: Location was fantastic, right at the door of the old town , the room was fabulous and spotless , better than what we were expecting , and great value for money

Cons: The only issue was the stairs , I wouldn’t recommend for someone with leg issues or even elderly people

Pros: Very spacious family room in an excellent location just off of the main square! Clean and modern room. Staff were very helpful , polite and welcoming. We were lucky to have our room ready early aswell as our bags held for free when we arrived.

Had a wonderful 4 day break many restaurants to choose from and trips were good

Great Location, clean sizeable family room.

Pros: Location was excellent, a few yards from the main square. Family room for 4 was very spacious with a small kitchenette with all you need, table and chairs for eating and ensuite bathroom. Very clean and comfortable beds.
