Perfect location, clean, quiet hotel with great facilities

Pros: Location is perfect to the main square, very clean, it felt homely very unlike a hotel, it was peaceful

Very convenient flat right opposite the Collegium Novum.

Pros: Very well organised, the messages sent beforehand giving instructions for access to the flat were clear and reliable. The flat is very well situated for reaching the historical city centre in the immediate vicinity. Very clean and well equipped. The information stated correctly that the flat is on the second floor and that there is no lift - bear in mind, if you have heavy luggage, that the ceilings in those 19 century houses were very high, so 2 floors is almost like 4 floors in a modern building!

Cons: My only point of criticism is that the heating was rather low. There was a device in the bedroom for heating up, but it was very noisy and ineffective.

Pros: The apartment is in a perfect position, just outside of the Old Town. It was beautifully illuminated by large windows with view on the park. Perfectly clean, comfortable bed, good restroom. Highly recommend!

Cons: The building shakes a little when trams pass by: that didn't bother us, but could affect someone's else's sleep.

Pros: Very clean. Very nice stuff- if you got lucky to get in touch with them. Possibility to use kettle to make coffe/tea. Good bed. Air-conditioning working ok. Tall walls in the room. Soap and lotion in the bathroom. Good location. Possibility to store luggage.

Cons: I didn't like the communication. Impossible to talk to a human. I didn't receive any information about how to enter the apartment on the arrival day rven though this was the agreement. I tried to chat with a bot who didn't understand when I was talking to it in Polish, but it understood my \

Clean, modern, felt safe and a great location!

Pros: It was so clean and modern! We felt comfortable straight away. It was in a great location, close to old town.

Cons: We loved our stay! Only thing would be the blanket was too small for the bed but it wasn’t a big deal.

Definitely go back in the near future

Pros: The ease of getting to it from the airport, the key system made life really easy to get in. Constant contact was brilliant and it was perfectly positioned, only 5 minute walk to old town.

Great location

Pros: Great location, lovely spacious room, very quiet at night although it was central - tram on street just outside window started early in the morning but if you're an early riser as I was that's fine

Cons: Nothing, everything was good - only issue was noise of tram from early in the morning but that mostly was fine as I was awake anyway

Great!

Pros: The property was perfectly located only around a 10 min walk to get to the town square. The room was very clean and plenty of toiletries and towels supplied. Access to the room was also very easy and the instructions given were very clear. Novumhouse was the perfect place to stay and would definitely come back :)
