Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. What impressed me the most was the understanding and supportive administration. The staff were always polite, attentive, and ready to help. When a small issue came up during my stay, they handled it quickly, showed genuine care, and did their best to find a convenient solution. It was clear that they truly value their guests and are willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for the warm hospitality and great service. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Very good communication with host

Pros: Great and prompt communication. Comfortable place, warm and cozy. Very good location. I definitely recommend this place.

Pros: The location was great, the room was clean, and generally the experience was nice

Cons: The duvet was super thin, and I felt sometimes that would've used an additional one. On sunday there was almost no hot water, rather like light warm, but I managed to take a shower :) soundproofing is non-existent, but other guests were respectful of quiet hours after 22.00

Pros: Perfect location. Clean, quite and very informative steps how to get into apartments. I liked it.

Pros: The location was very close to the universiry where my conference was. Old town square is also at a walkable distance. The included breakfast at Velo restaurant was good. The stay was pleasant.

Cons: The lack of a reception in the building. Because of which I still haven't recieved a tax invoice for my payment. The taps in my washroom basin were a bit tight while closing. Hence there was minor dripping of water from the tap. The online checkout system was a bit anxiety inducing. Though I had checked out physically by leaving the key in the box, the link I got via email gave me the impression that I had to checkout on the link too. When I tried to do so, the link wouldn't work and I had to call the helpline number. But it took me about 5 minutes to get someone on the line. It seemed that a poor staff who was busy doing something else answered the call. It would help if there was a proper reception with a person there (also for things like tax invoice).

Pros: We were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town. The room had everything we needed.

Great location for a city break

Pros: The stay was comfortable, clean and affordable for the amenities and location. Would stay again in the future for a quick city trip.

Cons: It was a bit stuffy in the room and there's only one large window that can be opened. But I can imagine it would be quite cosy in winter months.

Perfect place to stay near amazing Krakow old town.

Pros: Very good place to stay. Good price. Only few minutes and you are in the amazing Krakow old town.

Cons: No parking in the yard.

Pros: Very clean and fresh smelling room with a kettle and tea (and creamer!), really appreciated a hair dryer too. Very pleasant and nicely decorated, one of the loveliest room I stayed in in Krakow in such amazing location (5 min walk to the market square). Would stay here again.

Cons: some young people don't realise they wake others up at 3 am, very selfish. Nothing to do with the room though.
