Pros: I liked that the staff were super helpful/ gave us a warm welcome when we arrived , the room itself was nice and cosy and very clean and the premise felt very secure and safe with keycard doors into the building and once again into the room , the location is perfect, it is central to the centre with a tram/Bus stop only 1/2 minutes walk away which is very handy , the area around the hotel is nice/clean & quite but it still has a brilliant upbeat atmosphere, i would highly recommend Art Boutique Aparthotel, I hope to come back in the future again.

Perfect stay in Krakow

Pros: Excellent stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square and in a quiet location. The room itself was much bigger than I had expected and was exceptionally clean. There was a stocked mini bar/fridge which was reasonably priced by hotel standards. Cleaners came every day and whatever product was used to clean the bathroom smelt amazing! Reception helpful and allowed me to store my luggage both on my arrival and departure day.

Great hotel in a great location

Pros: Perfect location, central to everything, 5 minute walk to main square. Clean very spacious room. Tv with access to YouTube. Comfortable chairs to relax on. Storage space. Iron and ironing board. Lovely clean bathroom with shower and storage space. Easy to find and check with friendly staff at reception. Space to leave luggage before check in and also called us as soon as the room was ready. Will defiantly return and reccomend to anyone. Shop directly opposite. Taxis etc cannot pull up right at hotel but a very short 1 min walk from road to hotel reception. Room was always warm and cosy and despite being central a relaxing/quiet place to rest.

Cons: 2 single blankets instead of a double on the bed but wasn’t a major issue just personally would have preferred a double duvet still very comfortable and warm.

Perfect hotel for a family city break

Pros: When looking for a hotel in Krakow I was struggling to find a family room that had four beds rather than a double and a sofa bed. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Two separate bedroom areas with 2 x double beds. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Our flight was very delayed arriving and I contacted the hotel, they replied quickly with instructions to self check in. We managed to get to the hotel just before 11 pm and the lady that checked us in was helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated with everything nearby and in walking distance. The rooms were very quiet which is great after long days out exploring. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced. We would certainly recommend a stay here.

Cons: If I had any small niggles, the mattresses are quite soft, we only had one pillow each and the towels are quite small but it wouldn't put us off returning.

Romantic stay and good for money.

Pros: Surprisingly managed to stay here over valentines, 2 nights for only £110. In my opinion this place is closer to a 5 star than a 4 star, excellent service from the staff and beautiful facilities. The rooms are modern and clean, also well-kept so I will definitely be coming here again.

Excelent hotel

Pros: Great location, aswell as the workers and the room. We stayed here few times yet and dont have anything bad to say about it. We will definitely be back there ☺️🥰
