Wonderful location and comfy beds!

Pros: Stunning features and layout, everything we needed was provided, the beds were comfy and apartment was beautifully clean. Felt very spacious. The location was perfect for exploring and the Charlotte cafe next door was perfect for breakfast! Would definitely come back x

Cons: The courtyard perhaps let down the apartments a little bit and could do with being neater but the whole property had a lot character.

Pros: The first impression in the common areas is not the best, despite the very central location. However, the Antique Apartment truly lives up to its name: we stayed in an apartment for six people, which was comfortable, fully equipped, and offered an amazing view. Many shops of all kinds are located nearby, making the stay even more convenient.

Perfect stay in an amazingly central location.

Pros: The hotel was in a prime location. The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed, even a washing machine that came in very handy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Cons: I could not fault anything.

Very lovely Apartment to stay at - Highly recommended.

Pros: The apartment was in the ideal location to all the Christmas Markets, very easy to get to when needed to get back to rest. Conveniently located next to a shop if anything was required. The staff on reception were extremely helpful, friendly and extremely easy to approach. It was lovely to go into the room and see the biggest bath we have ever seen.

Cons: The only real downside was the temperature in the room when sleeping and the pillow was a bit soft for our liking. However, this would certainly not change our mind about staying in the apartment in the future.

Big spacious apartment in a fantastic location.

Pros: The location was perfect, overlooking the square, near to the main square with the Christmas market and amazing selection of restaurants. The apartment was spacious and fantastic for a group of 8 people. Well equipped. Big television, comfortable beds and was warm when we returned from the cold outside! We had a wonderful stay over Christmas and will definitely return. The staff were helpful and on hand to sort any problem. A great vacation made better by the accommodation.

Cons: The lift was broken and we had to lift the suitcases up a big staircase. No oven Could do with more cleaning things The front bedrooms could do with more blankets as they were colder than the interior rooms.
