Pure luxury

Pros: Simply amazing. Great staff, fantastic facilities. Krakow is an amazing place, but our apartment really made the trip special can't wait to return next year.

Cons: That we couldn't stay longer! We really didn't want to leave the apartment or Krakow.

Fantastic hotel that we will visit again.

Pros: New modern hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Only five minutes walk to the market square. Pleasant service and fantastic breakfast.

Cons: There are always some guests who are unable to close the room door gently, but have to slam it. Recommends installation of soft close door dampers to eliminate the slamming of room doors.

An amazing spontaneous trip

Pros: Amazing room, really clean and comfortable Breakfast is lovely with freshly made options available The hotel is on a quiet street but still only a couple minutes walk to the main square

Amazing appartments

Pros: The whole apartment was exceptional absolutely spotless ...from walking into reception the smell ,decor, staff.. everything was excellent I cannot recommend this place more .. jacuzzi bath was amazing and the room was out if this world ..the street outside was lovely quiet location with a coffee shop near by... 8 minute walk to the old town which blew us away with its beauty amazing restaurants and extremely cheap ...I will definitely return and stay in the apartments again ..staff where extremely helpful, polite, perfect English 24 hr reception, bag drop ..thankyou for making our stay so special.

Perfection

Pros: Everything is perfect!!! The jackuzi is big and comfortable, the property smells amazing even in the hallway, it's extraordinary clean, spacious and luxurious. Absolutely love it!!! big + for providing a lot of towels as it's jackuzzi room so definitely needed 😊 the reception is 24/7, friendly and helpful very beautiful design

Pros: Good location, spacious appartment, clean (except jaccuzi)

Cons: One of the receptionists is not very inviting, he was always busy eith something in the coputer and it seemed we are disturbing with all our questions. The jaccuzi didn’t work properly: we could not figure out how to turn on hot water, then after self-cleaning we saw a lot of dirt coming out.

Wspaniały!!

Pros: Najlepszy apartament w jakim byłam, bardzo wygodne łóżko, super urządzone, zadbane i oczywiście prywatne jacuzzi w pokoju- można się zrelaksować. Śniadanie również przepyszne,duży wybór oraz świeże,wyszukane produkty. Możliwość zamówienia na świeżo jajecznicy lub omletu. Podsumowując wspaniały pobyt. Na pewno wrócę :)

Udany

Pros: Pobyt w apartamencie był bardzo udany. Pomieszczenia były czyste, przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Łóżko niezwykle wygodne, co zapewniło świetny wypoczynek. Na duży plus zasługuje także czysta wanna z hydromasażem, która idealnie sprawdziła się po długim locie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny – chętnie odpowiadał na pytania i służył wsparciem. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Cons: Apartament zgodny z opisem, czysty i komfortowy, ale niestety zawiódł poziom wyciszenia. Od godziny 7 rano z mieszkania powyżej było słychać intensywne hałasy – szuranie krzesłami i głośne tupanie. Przy tej cenie spodziewałem się ciszy i lepszej izolacji akustycznej.
