Hotel made our experience better

Pros: The property was absolutely stunning. Right in the centre of Krakow so a perfect location. We booked last minute for the sam night as we were having issues with our original hotel. We stayed in room 402 and I think its the nicest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless and the staff were so friendly. We left our cleaner a tip and a note as we were so happy. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to krakow. 10/10

Cons: I literally cant think of anyway the hotel can be improved it was perfect for us and the price was extremely good value for money.

Pros: Lovely modern apartment in good location near the castle. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with nice outlook over the river and the castle.

Cosy and comfortable

Pros: Loved the room, heating was brilliant, and facilities were very clean!

Cons: No cutlery with the room, but every other bit of kitchen ware. Thin duvet, but it was okay as the heating was brilliant.

A wonderful stay in Krakow

Pros: The location is excellent, easily accessible from the airport by bus, the bus stop is a 2 min walk away. There is a 24 hour reception which was great seeing as we arrived at 2am! The rooms are beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Nice kitchen area which meant we could cook a few meals ourselves. AC system to set the temperature how you want which was ideal seeing as it was cold outside! And underfloor heating in the bathroom so we were always warm. Location is excellent for visiting the main sites of Krakow, right near the Wawel Castle and river. About 10 mins walk to the main square. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Would have loved the television to have Netflix installed to watch our programmes but this was really not an issue.

Pros: Excellent accommodation, ideally suited to explore Krakow.

Cons: A map of the city at reception would be good. Access to the spa would have been good, but this was all booked up.

Pros: From start to finish our stay was fantastic. A short bus ride from the airport on the no. 300 bus dropped us off at the Jubilat stop, about 3 minutes walk from the front door. We were also able to get the bus back to the airport early in the morning. The staff on reception were always pleasant and helpful. Krakow is a beautiful city, especially in December when we visited. You can walk to the main square, at a leisurely pace, in less than 10 minutes. The room we stayed in had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a dishwasher! We would definitely recommend The Best Views Aparthotel and will stay here again next time we visit Krakow.

Pros: The location of the apartment and the price was very reasonable. Plenty of room for 3 of us.

Cons: There was a smell in the room from the mezzanine carpet. Which we noticed after being out all day. We where offered to change rooms the next day.

Pros: Facilities were great, clean and comfortable. Only a short walk from centre. Staff were great.
