Always fantastic

Pros: I like the facilities and the rooms. Very clean and fresh looking. They have cooking facilities and a refrigerator too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The whole environment is very nice. It’s my 3rd time staying there.

Wonderful stay

Pros: All the staff on the reception desk were cheery and made every effort to be helpful. All of them spoke perfect English. The room was larger than expected and very tidy. Luggage storage facilities were available for guests with evening flights. There was a good restaurant bar less than 300 yards away to enjoy 'a nightcap' on the way back from the city centre. Great Christmas markets, all cheaper than the UK.

Cons: We are not vegetarian so we bought milk, bread, eggs and fruit from the nearby Zabko minimarket. It was no real problem though.

Loved our stay, we were very comfortable and having laundry, gym and massage facilities available was fantastic ☺️

Pros: It was a perfect location for our stay in Krakow. The facilities were great, the apartment was clean and spacious and the staff were so helpful.

Cons: everything was great. No issues about the accomodation.

Pros: Perfect for large family group with kids. Supermarkets near by and kitchen facilities gave flexibility.

Pros: Apartments are light, clean and airy with everything you need provided. The staff were really helpful, Julia was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location is good, close to the tram and a short walk to the airport bus. Easy access to the old town and the river. Bakery next door is fabulous.

Pros: Everything! It was very clean, comfortable, warm and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The ability to use a washing machine and dryer was so helpful after travelling such a long way. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen facilities were great. Plantonia is also very close to the old town.

Very nice, relaxing and healthy family trip

Pros: The location is very close to the historical centre of the city. The accommodation is perfect for a family of three. We loved that the aparthotel has a gym - although small it has everything you need if you still want to maintain your physical form during a vacation (moreover, as the bakery downstairs may turn out to be your guilty pleasure for this stay - the gym will make you feel a bit less guilty :) ). The breakfast choices include vegetarian and vegan which is nice.

Cons: We'd be happy for warm breakfast but that is usually the case with aparthotels - you cannot expect it to maintain a kitchen for a relatively small number of guests. Nevertheless, the delivered breakfast was fine, and there is the cafe / bakery downstairs and other cafes not far from the hotel.
