A perfect cozy stay

Pros: I liked that check-in could be done late. The instructions on how to get to the apartment were clear. I also liked the scent inside the hotel and the room was large, spacious and quiet. The bed was indecently comfortable — we didn’t want to leave it. Everything was clean, quiet and had everything necessary. We were happy to stayed here.

Cons: I was a little bit confuse after wooden door, where find another glass door. I thought one sign of direction will be useful

Great value and accommodating!

Pros: The location was great! Short walk to the square and the castle. Also very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day so we did not have to carry them around with us. Apartment was nice and warm. Nespresso machine in room.

Cons: The pillows were not as comfortable - but could probably ask for extra pillows. The room was not cleaned/fresh towels or teas/coffees during our 3 night stay but again maybe if asked for would not be a problem. Shower was hot but had a mind of its own.

Pros: Great location - although it was tricky to find and enter when we arrived at 2am.

Pros: The location is in a very quiet area. 10 minutes walk from the old city. Nearby is the Zobko store (right in the building). Bus station is 2 minutes away. Restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk. The accommodation is ok, equipped with everything, even a stove for those who are passionate about home food.

Cons: The bed is uncomfortable, all night I had the impression I was falling out of bed. because it was uneven. The pillow is just as uncomfortable and the blanket was small (you say it was for a child). The toilet was not clean. The curtain was partially down.

Pros: Very clean, warm with comfortable beds. Slight sewage smell when flushing toilet, but otherwise all very good. Location was very central and easily accessible. Staff very responsive and helpful.

Pros: Staff is very helpful and respond quickly to any need, room is comfortable and great value for money. Old town is about a 10-15 minute walk away. And a zabka next door for any needs!

Pros: The location was very good, it was a walking distance to everything around the city plus the staff was very nice. Also I like the self check in because it allows you to have more flexibility

Cons: my only issue with the property was that the bathroom had a bad smell coming from the pipes probably because you could see that the bathroom itself was actually very clean

Central cosy stay in Krakow with excellent communication.

Pros: The location was excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was wonderfully warm on arrival on a cold December in the middle of the night. Because we were arriving in the middle of the night, the staff communicated self check in excellently.

Cons: Nothing.
