Pros: What can I say accept wow what a place picked the 3rd floor apartment for the jacuzzi on the roof and it was well worth it the view of the castle was unreal and the way the roof rolled back with a flick of the switch was amazing.bathroom was beautiful pure class...bedroom and living area all absolutely amazing and the staff where some of the best I've seen they went up and beyond to cater for us.10/10 great stay

Everything was perfect.

Pros: The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It is in a perfect location just a 10 minute walk to the main square through the lovely lanes. The food is incredible at the hotel and the staff are the best we have ever experienced. They really are perfect and cannot do enough for you. Best hotel in Krakow and we will definitely be returning.

Pros: The most incredible stay in pure luxury. This is the best place we have ever stayed. A perfect location close to the castle and within 5 minutes walk of the old square.

Perfect stay in Krakow

Pros: Like stepping back in time. Blown away by the property. Would return in a heartbeat. Staff so helpful, breakfast in room of excellent quality, location fantastic and the total suite was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in.
