Pros: I liked the location, opposite the castle, the layout of the apartment, the cleanliness, the interior finishes—nothing was out of place. The apartment is beautiful.
Cons: Nothing, all was perfect. There are no negative aspects, perhaps the only thing is the price, it is a little high but, the apartment is worth that price.

The most beautiful apartment in a fantastic area
Pros: The most amazing penthouse apartment! It is located perfect walking distance for the Old Town and Kazimierz. The apartment is clean, has amazing views and we didn’t hear any noise at all from other apartments or outside. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was plenty of additional bedding and towels. The decor is so tasteful and it was such a nice base to return to, the sauna was also an amazing feature! The instructions for entering the apartment were very clear and the team were responsive to messages. Brilliant stay!
Cons: We didn’t have any issues with the property throughout our stay.

Pros: Very high quality apartment, centrally located. Very nice fittings and layout, all the facilities you need for a longer stay. The sauna was very welcome after a weekend in the mountains. Natalia was incredibly helpful in sorting out some minor issues and requests; she deserves a bonus!

Best stay ever
Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment was luxurious, clean, wonderful and highly finished. This had been the best stay ever! Highly recommended. It was very spacious for a family of 5. Location was good, few minutes away from the old town, and among so many restaurants and shops.

Cons: Staff was really slow to respond, and unfortunately, not having permanent staff on site, that was quite of a crucial thing. No one was there when we arrived, it took us 20 mins to get someone on the phone and we were instructed to leave our luggages in a random shop in the street because no one was coming any time soon. Even for checkout, this time we agreed on a timing, but no one showed up and we had to wait :) Nothing too bad, it's just that we were very short on time during the trip and this was not great. Place was so nice that I'd go back there in the the future,,but keeping this downside in mind.

Clean and spacious apartment in the middle of the city
Pros: Very clean and spacious apartment, great interior design. Automatic curtains/windows and working air conditioning. Beds were very comfy. Lots of details (small dish for jewelry in the bathroom, laundry machine tabs, bath salts). Location is super close to the city center, various shops are close by. Easy check-in and check-out. Communication through WhatsApp.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was a bit low (rain shower and normal shower head).
