Gorgeous apartment. Shame about the lack of hot water

Pros: Decor, location, lighting, bedding, toiletries all excellent. Spa in the basement was exceptional

Cons: No hot water or very intermittent. Could only use the shower in main bathroom. Definitely not enough hot water to use the bathtub in the main bedroom.

Very Nice stay

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at So Soho LoftAffair Spa Collection. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable for our family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Old Town, restaurants and shops. The spa area was a big highlight for us. It was clean, relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after long days exploring Kraków. The gym was also good and clean. Another big plus was the free washing machine and dryer, this was extremely convenient for a family stay and something we really appreciated. Everything felt high quality and well maintained

Cons: Kunne tenkt meg en støvsuger tilgThe only very minor thing we missed was access to a vacuum cleaner, especially when staying several days with children. It may have been available upon request, but we did not check. This is just a small suggestion, as everything else was excellent.

Great stay

Pros: Excellent hotel, great location with perfect relaxation facilities.

Cons: Only minor, slight noise from outside- to be expected from location. No window, sky lights and higher light entrance.

Pros: The apartment was in an excellent location. Staff were very responsive to any requests

Great apartment, beautiful spa facilities

Pros: Amazing apartrnent, great location near the old town. Lovely size and very comfortable. The spa and wellness centre downstairs was lovely, would highly recommend.

Cons: The only small thing is they didn’t say where the WiFi code was, it was in reception and they don’t provide the spa code. They were very responsive when we messaged them but could avoid this but giving better intro instructions

Pros: Fabulous place and Ula on reception was so nice and friendly. Withing walking distance of everything!

Stylish Apartment

Pros: Spacious, warm and welcoming. One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. If ever back in Krakow would definitely stay there again. There's a lovely cafe nearby called Yellow Monkey.

Cons: Hard to identify what not to like. Would have been helpful to have instructions for appliances. Hooks for clothes would have been useful as well as drawers in the bedroom and more coat hangers in the wardrobe.

Good apartment for groups

Pros: The apartment size was perfect and amenities were very good

Cons: The private lift didn't work the entire stay

Pros: Great location. Very clean, warm with modern design.

Cons: Gym was very small. With spa facilities on site it would be good to have slippers or robes. Hair conditioner not provided

Pros: Very modern apartments Has everything you need including spa, pool and gym Staff were friendly and accommodating Great location Everything was nice and clean

Cons: It would have been nice to have every few days some room service to just clean bathroom and give fresh towels. But nothing major. Maybe also need new mattresses. Spa is a little small and with many children around this can disrupt the vibe. I would suggest investing in a bigger spa and remove the business centre 😉 Also one day we could not get into the main building as the lock was jammed but the guy on the helpline was great.
