Home sweet home

Pros: The communication with the hotel was spot on from the start. We have been greeted by Paulina on the main reception who took care of our bags until the check in time. She also gave as tons recommendations, and solutions to any hiccups we could encounter during our travels. Great personality and sense of humor. Just in general a great host. The room was sparkly clean and the breakfast was more than enough (Even for pescatarians) If booking in Krakow, rest assured they got your back. Thank you for amazing stay

Pros: The staff is always very nice and helpful. The location is very good. You can get 1.5 hour sauna just for 50zl per room.

Cons: The carpet is not easy to keep clean.

Pros: The location is excellent for both the old town and the Jewish Quarter. Nothing is too far a walk away. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the breakfast was superb. The nearest train stop from Krakow airport is Grezegorzki.

Pros: Indeed, the location was very good. It was only a 10–15 minute walk to the city center, and it was perfectly situated between the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town of Krakow. The room was comfortable, and there was breakfast available if you wished to have it. All the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Finally, having a 24-hour reception was very convenient and made our stay even easier.
