Cons: Although quality of products served for breakfast was good, the variety could be better. Especially when compared with breakfast served in similar locations.

Spacious and well-located apartment

Pros: Great location for both Kazimierz and the Square. Short walk to popular kiss and ride bus point for tours. Spacious rooms. The bar/reception adjoining the building has very friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons: The noise from the hallway can be quite loud if there are other guests that are going through the halls, talking, etc. This was the only real problem I encountered during my stay.

Good location and good breakfast.

Pros: Good location. 15 minutes on foot to the central square and easy access to public transport. Breakfast food excellent and apartments quite spacious.

Cons: The mattresses should be changed and proper mattresses should be provided as the ones you offer are too thin. My father-in-law was very uncomfortable during the stay. It is the only thing which might keep us from recommending it, and return. During the winter period where snow is abundant, I suggest you leave a squeezer and a floor cloth for guests to be able to clean their apartment otherwise they need to stay in an apartment full of water marks.

Pros: The hotel was amazing we had delays so couldn’t make check in they left our keys in a locked box with a code so we could access are room they were so helpful and friendly room had everything we needed and very clean nice and warm comfortable beds

Pros: Hotel is in a great location walking distance to all local attractions, with a discount for drinks in the bar, Christmas market was great very festive.
