Pros: Great location. Everywhere was max 10min walk. Nice and clean apartment. Very good contact with the owner.

Pros: Good location between old town and jewish quarters. Easy to walk all the sights. Building was quite and room was big for two peolpe! Pick-up point for our Birkenau tour was just behind the corner.

Pros: Very good destination in a prestigious neighborhood, close to the center and attractions. Nice apartment in an old, solid aristocratic building, plus there is a new elevator, the heating is good with the ability to adjust, large bathroom with regular hot water. Well-lit apartment with enough lighting fixtures. It is necessary to change the bed linen and duvets with new and more luxurious ones, the same applies to the towels and bath towels, which are very small and already worn out. There is no coffee machine in the kitchen, as stated on the booking website, there is a very old and dirty coffee maker, a worn out hot water kettle, which cannot be used. There were also no packaged coffee, tea and sugar, which is a must for this class of apartment and at the prices it is offered. Regardless of the remarks, which are recoverable, I recommend this apartment when visiting Krakow, as its professional staff is very kind and responsive.

Pros: Very good location and facilities. Hot water and clean bathroom. It seems like it is a newly reinnovated appartment. Great for families. Thank you for the bottle of water!!

Cons: Confortable but squeaky beds. I would appreciate it if i was told that my balcony is shared with another room! Could not find if there was a cloth drying rack. 3 toilet rolls for a family of 5 for 6 days is not enough.

Pros: The apartment is at a great location, close to the centre of the old city. Although it is a quiet location.

Cons: We expected a modern apartment, just like all the pictures at Booking.com. But it was old style. Interesting, but it was something different.

Pros: Great location, good communication from owners, nice clean property with a lovely balcony.

Cons: Only downside was it didn’t have a separate living room- sofa was in the bedroom.

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring the city. Everything is in walking distance but the public transport is also very good. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The large smart TV was a huge plus.

Cons: We weren’t provided the remote for the air conditioning unit.

Pros: We stayed two nights in this spacious apartment (2 bedrooms) and everything was as descripted. The city center is within walking distance. The apartment was clean and in good condition.

Pros: the apartment is located in a perfect location, in the center between the old town and the Jewish quarters. Staff recommended good places to visit.

Cons: I don't like the idea of two single beds as a double bed. There are not enough kitchen appliances for cooking.
