S18 Boutique Residence - Krakow Old Town

It was wonderful!

Pros: The house was simply wonderful! Clean, well-kept, fully equipped, and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home — warm, friendly, and welcoming. There was a coffee machine with capsules, and on the second day, a cleaner came by, which made our stay even more comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4, very close to the old town and within walking distance of almost everything. I highly recommend it!

Cons: The house was very warm!! (just kidding) 😁 No negative comments.

Great base to explore Krakow

Pros: The location was great, easy walking distance to the Christmas market, Old Town and the Castle. The apartment was very clean. The beds were extremely comfy.

Cons: No lift. And as we were on the fourth floor, it was a struggle with the heavy case.

Pros: Apartment was clean, well equipped and great location near to the old town.

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: Very nice apartment with great natural lighting, a nice kitchen, and a convenient location to explore Krakow. I arrived early and not only did they hold our bags, but the receptionist texted us once the room was ready (which was early!).

Cons: There were a lot of stairs to reach the unit (which I didn't mind, but some travellers may struggle with).

Nice apartment

Pros: Apartment was really nice and spacious, comfortable beds with a well-stocked kitchen. Nice central location and very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to public transport and walking distance to main square.

Cons: The apartment was on the top floor with a LOT of stairs, which was not fun with a baby and push chair! It was also a fair walk to the reception to pick up the keys so beware when you have lots of luggage. Breakfast wasn't the best, all mixed up and soggy when it arrived and couldn't figure out microwave to reheat

Pros: beautiful, clean, well located, modern, functional

Cons: W-Lan was weak

Family stay in Krakow

Pros: Overall the check-in was great. Very smiling and friendly people at the reception. The apartment is close to the city center and is located in a communicative place.

Cons: Truly to say, the apartment is comfortable for 2 adults with 2 children. If you use it for 4 adults there will be some inconvenience by using the bathroom.

Pros: Perfect location, cozy apartment and really nice stuff super ready to help you

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, spacious, equipped in cooking. You get what you paid for.

Pros: The apartment is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, we were able to our breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect, walking distance to the main square, I would say 2 to 3 minutes. Close to Wawel Castle as well. And outside the apartment is a tram stop/station. The reception staff are nice and accommodating.

Cons: We stayed in the 3rd floor of the apartment, we thought there's a lift or elevator, unfortunately no. But we get used to it after all.Good exercise in a way. Close to the main road, expect some noise of trams. The TV should have a selection of channels. Anyway, we didnt watch the tv in our stay. The wifi have a strong signal.

Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Pros: Was a great apartment, very comfortable and spacious. Having two bedrooms was a bonus.

Cons: The stairs, 103 of them and we are 69 and 70 year olds, so carrying our suitcase up was a little difficult. But we managed and I would suggest making sure that no lift is listed for this apartment.
