I would definitely recomend to anyone

Pros: The kettle really came to use with such low temperatures in the city.

Cons: Lots of stairs, but at least it warmed us up on our way to our apartman.

In general it's lovely hotel with nice staff

Pros: I came with my mum and we spend a few days in Krakow. It was nice hotel and not far from centre. Room is a big and comfy, сlean and cozy, towels are provided, hairdryer too. Hot water without interruption. The staff is very friendly and helps with most issues. Everything that we needed we had there. Thank you.

Cons: Unfortunately the hotel did not have an elevator and I had not read about it anywhere beforehand. My mother has a disability and it was quite difficult for her to get up to the third floor. And if you want breakfast, you have to go to another hotel. Although the breakfast is very tasty, but it is a bit inconvenient to walk there.

Pros: Everything was very good! The room was clean, spacious and very warm! We have enjoyed very much our staying there. I would come back again there if I visit Krakow again.

Pleasant and affordable place to sleep for sightseeing

Pros: Quiet hotel hardly heard any guests. Very handy for the train station and easy walk into the old town.

Cons: Better quality shower gel in the bathroom. Plug sockets nearer to the kettle and the bed. Lamps didn't seem to work but I'm a big light person so not a massive issue.
