Wawel Boutique Residence - Krakow Old Town

Very good, some noise

Pros: Great location 10mins from main square, good breakfast selection and modern rooms.

Cons: Very thin walls can hear neighbors every move

Great stay, would recommend and happily come back.

Pros: The location was fabulous. It was modern decor and well equipped except for the lack of a plug for the kitchen sink 🤷‍♀️ Reception stored our luggage after check out until late afternoon too.

Cons: The rooms were smaller than anticipated but still comfortable. There were 100 photos of the property on booking.com and the apartment we stayed in (5a) was not one of the photos!

Perfect for a short family trip

Pros: Great location, near by market and restaurants and a big plyground ideal for kids.

Cons: Nothing all was Great

Perfect location, everything you need in the apartment for a short stay, staff who go above and beyond

Pros: It is ideally located near to the centre of the Old Town. Has all the amenities you need for a few days in Krakow. Staff were amazing- after we arrived in the airport I discovered that I left a bag behind. The receptionist was so helpful, organised an Uber to bring the bag out to me in the airport, did this all while on the phone to me understanding the urgency and followed up with a call and message to make sure I got the bag.

Cons: Water in the shower could’ve been a little hotter (but maybe that had something to do with the really cold weather), and an extra pillow on the bed would’ve been a good idea. These are only minor things.

Family city break

Pros: -Great location 5/10min walk max to the main square. - Huge apartment for family of 4. Upgraded for free to a 2 bedroom apt. - Friendly receptionists. - Comfy beds. - Quiet, good WiFi connection. - Had everything youd need for a base to sleep/wash in whilst exploring Krakow for a few days.

Cons: The steps up 3 floors, but thats us all just being lazy and unfit 🤣.. The door itself to the apartment was quite difficult to unlock but we managed (apt.16)

Pros: Everything! The apartment decoration, facilities, location, cleanliness...everything was absolutely brilliant! Great value for money and can't wait to come back!

Pros: Easy to get to location. Very clean modern apartment.

Good place, close to the center of Krakow

Pros: We stayed here for two nights. Nice girl on reception met us and explained everything, also important info (code, breakfast menu, passwords) was given to us on prepared leaflet. Apartment equipped for preparing food and with dishwasher. Also set with cutlery is available. Sorry for a glass :-) Hotel is very good located, close to Market square, 10 minutes of walking. Our room windows had a courtyard view, quite and calm. We parked our car on city parking, because it was Christmas time and parking was for free, but hotel also offering guarded paid parking, reservation need to be done. Breakfast was good, room clean, beds comfortable. Definitely will stay here next time.

Cons: Nothing to say. All was good.

Perfect Xmas break staff were lovely also.

Pros: The apartment is slightly dated but worked so well for us! The huge room with smart tv was great to watch Xmas films with our son in evening. The heated bathroom floor was fantastic! Location perfect for walking everywhere. Stairs which is fine for us but if you struggle maybe request lower floor.

Cons: Nothing really it was great!
