Charming property with a central location and convenient for onward travel

Pros: Central location. About 20 minutes from the airport. Transfer was organised by the hotel, which all went very smoothly. We had a brief stay as we were travelling on to zakopane the following morning. The property is just a 20 minute walk from the main train and bus station and close to attractions. The heating was set too high for us. We prefer it to be around 18-20 degrees. It was set at 26 so the only thing was we found it quite hot. Nonetheless I would stay again and would recommend it. It was very clean in a charming building. Staff we dealt with on arrival and to arrange transfers we very helpful and friendly.

Cons: A little warm for us, which I know is down to preference. Everything was good.

Pros: The location is central, the room was clean and the staff is very friendly.

Cons: The noise caused by the tram is very loud.

Excellent apartment close to the city center

Pros: The 3-bed bedroom with a bathroom was excellent. Exactly what we needed for a short stay. Location is perfect, close to downtown, the Christmas market, and other sightseeing points. The instructions on how to enter were clear. The communication with the property was nice and clear. The room was clean. I would recommend this property to all travellers for short visits to Krakow. Zabka's (local small market stores) were available on every corner.

Cons: For a superb experience, the property could've left enough toilet paper to cover a 3-day stay. We bought this on our own, but this should have been there.

Pros: The place is gorgeous very close to the shops and Old town

Cons: There could be a shampoo and more towels next time.

Great stay here, room was very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable

Pros: The location, size of the room, cleanliness and comfort. Communication on booking was fantastic and immediate.

Cons: Nothing to not like.

Pros: The cleanness of room, and quiet atmosphere, central position of location with direct transportation towards the city, center ,main station or visits places etc.

Cons: The missing info`s on site that no reception desk on the site but all needs very easy and fast resolved by the existing one at the other hotel very closed of location only 100 meters which is part of same accomodation company.

2nd time staying here

Pros: 2nd time staying here. Love the location situated between the main square and the Jewish district. Clean rooms, comfortable beds & easy check in. Will always be my first choice base when I come to krakow. Right next door is a grocery store too so ideal for bits and pieces. Just a suggestion but it would be great if there was a mini fridge in the room.

Cons: My room this time was at the front of the hotel facing the main road & the noise from the trams was loud..mainly due to me having to keep the windows open because the room was hot. We couldn't get the temperature to go down on the wall thermostat. This wouldn't put me off staying at all though & would def recommend this aparthotel.

Good location

Pros: Was local to the old town. Close to restaurants and trams.

Great location on a budget

Pros: Close to Wawel castle and other old town locations.

Cons: Cleaning upon request was not adequate.

Pros: Near to every interesting places. Walk to the main square for new year.

Cons: Lack of facilities like receptionist. However the receptionist at Leone Hotel was very helpful. Thank you to both receptionist, they allow me to have rest before check in as I arrive earlier than the check in time. Not much energy to look around because I arrive at Krakow early morning.
