Malila Premium Aparthotel Sebastiana 20 Old Town

Pros: We liked the room and linen, shower was very ok. so next to Old Town - 5-10 minutes on foot. Easy self-checkin. The heating was enough in the room when it is -5 outside. Quiet place. Welcoming apples and water. There were no needs to wash the dish as it is on staff duties.

Cons: We missed for recycle bin in the room.

Pros: Excellent location, easy access, smooth experience. Would recommend

Cons: Bed could have been comfier with a larger duvet - small detail

Great apartment close to everything.

Pros: Very clean and spacious room. Good location a short walk too the main square and castle.

Cons: The adjoining door between our apartment and the one next too us wasn't at all sound proof and we could hear their TV until very late into the night.

Pros: Clean and warm room. Nice location. Delicious apples and tea.

Cons: Slow internet and malfunction in bathroom lock in my room.

Pros: The location was good,house was clean not perfectly clean but its ok no complains.

Cons: The internet was not good make sure to have roaming package dont relay on the wifi sometimes work sometimes no and wasnt that fast.In general everything was ok.

Pros: The accommodation is in a good and quiet location in Kraków. The Old Town is just a 10-minute walk away, the main train station is about the same distance, and there are shops just a minute away. The entrance to the building and the room was clearly explained in the instructions sent by email on the day of arrival. Now, the main part — the room is small, but for tourists it’s perfectly fine just to sleep in. The bathroom is great, although there were only two rolls of toilet paper provided. The sound insulation of the room could be better. You can hear every noise from the other rooms, and every movement or step on that floor can be felt in your own room because the floor is very old and transmits vibrations. The WiFi signal in our room also can be better, but the owner told us that is working on resolving that issue. For the money we paid this property is totally fine.

Klimatyczna kamienica

Pros: Schludny , czysty pokój. Dobranoc lokalizacja. Sprawna komunikacja z właścielem. Do kuchni łatwy dostęp i jest wszystko co potrzeba. Wygodne łóżko, choć po mojej stronie brak kontaktu.

Cons: Zapach kanalizacji na wejściu, ale rozumiem że to problemy starodawnych budynków(może jakieś silniejsze patyczki zapachowe, lub takie do kontaktu ? ). Otwarte okno pomogło.

Pros: Поселились в номер в пятницу в 16:00,и выяснилось что дверь в ванную комнату не закрывается. Был проинформирон персонал. И эту поломку быстренько устранили. Хорошее месторасположение. Старый Город минут 10-12 пешком.

Cons: В принципе все ОК.
