Pros: I liked the location and the historical building. Very good value for money

Cons: Reception opening hours could be longer, it was difficult to navigate and find the room. More tea , coffee or milk would be always nice :)

Pros: I booked a room for my family! They liked everything, it was clean, very warm!!!! What impressed me the most was that I asked them to arrive sooner if possible to check in sooner and they did, for which I am very, very grateful! Nice friendly staff! Great location. I recommend!!!!

Pros: Very clean ,very pleasant receptionist, very quiet surroundings ,not too far from krakow market Square a nice little walk maybe 10/15mins , 20th-21st Dec 2025

Cons: Lights did not stay on long enough on the stairway apart from that everything else was perfect

Perfectly located, great facilities, nice and clean and lovely staff.

Pros: The location was perfect, it was just a 5 minute walk away from the main square, 3 minutes to the river and the cathedral. Very well positioned to get to everywhere on my list of places to go.

Cons: Our room was on the 3rd floor in part of the building which didn't have a lift it wouldn't have been a problem if all of the lights in the walk way worked. We had to use the torch on our phones a few times to be able to see the steps to climb.
