Pros: the room was lovely the location was amazing, the owner was so helpful and always there to help really recommend

Cons: the entrance to the place was a little messy but it was because other rooms in the building were getting done up

Pros: Excellent location, comfortable beds, well-designed interior, keyless entry, 24-hours assistance from the host

Cons: Noisy in the night, but you are in the heart of Krakow after all :)

Cons: The lock on the door was really difficult to open - I told the host and they said it was because we weren’t putting in the code in fast enough which seemed to be the case at first but the rest of the time no matter how fast we entered it, it would take 9-10 times of inputting the code to actually unlock the door - very frustrating! There was also no safe for passports etc

Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights, fantastic location close to the square, easy to get to and was all in all a very good experience (though we had a little trouble with the key pad not working for a while on the second day and couldn't get in touch with anyone). Would use again.

Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable and practical room with a high ceiling. Plenty of space for two people. When we found the bed sheet was not clean (two big stains and hairs) and contacted the host, a clean sheet was sent within an hour.

Cons: The electronic lock didn't function every time, as other travelers reviewed at both Booking and Airbnb. I wish there were clear instructions and troubleshooting on how to use the lock. We found that sometimes the door wasn't locked properly, maybe because of batteries or lock issues, and we had to spend 15-30 minutes trying to open it most of the time within the 3-day stay. We tried to contact the host and we waited an hour but no one came. Another issue is the hot water - it lasts for 10 minutes. It requires you to finish the shower within 10 minutes and the second person needs to wait for 30 minutes to an hour to take a shower.

Pros: Гарні, комфортні, чисті апартаменти в старому місті. Розташування дуже сподобалося: близько до залізничного вокзалу, а також до туристичних місць. Вночі не було шумно.

Cons: Слабкий wifi і не вистачало свіжого повітря в кімнаті. Внизу поверхом нижче певно ресторан, ніби заносило запахами звідти. Але це все було не значно і не критично.
