Abella Suites & Apartments by Artery Hotels

Pros: The room was big enough, with comfortable seating and bed. The bathroom inside the room was very comfortable. The room had a big wardrobe, and a very good iron with ironing board. There was also a small table with an electric kettle. It was super clean! There were earplugs provided by the facility since our room was facing Długa street and you could hear cars and tramways. It didn't bother us much. Super nice people at the desk and overall a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Cons: If you wish to have an extra quiet room - street noises and tramways could be a bother.

Pros: Everything was good, only bed and room itself we had was super small

Pros: Water dispenser in the hall was a lovely touch and rooms were cleaned regularly. Spacious room with plenty wardrobe space if needed.

Pros: The rooms were very spacious, beds very comfortable but the breakfast really exceeded expectations. There was so much choice and it was all delicious. Location was also fantastic, just a short walk from square and Wawel castel.

Cons: Only negative I can give was the non branded coffee in the room which we couldn't drink.

Fine a short staying

Pros: Location is great, there is everything needed in the room. The staff were really nice, they helped with the baggage and guided to the room.

Cons: The room has poor sound isolation, but they provided earplugs

Pros: Bog room, excellent decoration, friendly staff and superb location!

Cons: A little fridge and more sockets would be helpful.

Abella Suites and Apartments by Artery Hotels are worth money what people pay for their accommodation, we liked our stay

Pros: Good location, affordable price, clean rooms, kind staff, all facilities and tasty food on breakfasts

Cons: It was a little bit too noisy, we heard every time people walk corridor

Pros: Polite hotel staff, the room was clean and cosy. Location is excellent. I like very much that they have preserved and emphasised the historicity of the building.

Cons: The doors are beautiful and antique. Lovely but not as a front door. At night light from the corridor came in from large gaps at the top and bottom of the doors. Of course and the audibility is high. That's the only thing not really liked.

Comfortable and large room, no communal area

Pros: Room was very spacious and clean, quite loud but they offered free earplugs and I slept great.

Cons: I would have preferred having reception in the building but it was across the road. No huge issue but just feels like better security too when there’s someone there
