Happy I stayed with kosmapolita,

Pros: The office staff were really helpful and friendly, my room was comfortable and warm ( February). breakfast and morning coffee was always good with a little variation each day and the team were really pleasant.Great location and area to stay, I will visit again and would honestly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience

Pros: The room was extremely comfortable and offered a stunning view. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. However, what truly made my stay special was the warm welcome I received from Kamila — she was exceptional and incredibly friendly. Thank you so much for everything! I hope to return soon.

Pros: The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, even though there wasn't always a sweet option in the offer. The staff was exceptionally professional and warm. The location near to the train station was super convenient and it only took 20 minutes to reach the old town. It was nice to have a kettle and tea in the room.

Cons: While having filtered water available in the corridor was a great idea in general, I found that during my stay on two days it was out of water. The hairdryer was not very powerful and took a long while to dry hair.

Nice hotel

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and nice to deal with. The location is ideal as it's located near multiple tram and bus stops and a short walk from the old town. It is also a short walk from the airport bus stop and Kraków main railway station. My stay included breakfast, and the range of food was fresh. I also like how secure it felt having to use a key to get into the property in the first place added a reassuring level of security. As a solo traveller, it was quite nice overall.

Cons: Some minor problems I have with this hotel are that the WiFi can be very intermittent and weak at times. There was also no bin in my room (one is present in the bathroom), but it's nice to have one in the main room. A little extra soundproofing would be nice as well. I also found it inconvenient to have the only main light switch near the door. One next to the bed would've been nice. I'd like to see the addition of usb chargers too. These are just my opinions.
