Pros: Great experience in Krakow!Clean and modern apartments, it felt like home!Very good location (5 minutes walk to old city) and very helpful staff!!

Pros: We stayed for one night and overall everything was very good. There were five of us — two adults and three children — and everything we needed was provided. The staff were wonderful: they welcomed us with a smile and were very polite and attentive. We were given plenty of pillows and blankets, which we really appreciated. We didn’t notice any downsides — our stay left a very pleasant impression.

Pros: Everything was great. Good location - walking distance to rail station and to city centre. Apartments are well done- spacious, well equipped, clean. Great to have convenience of apartments with reception open during the day. Sincerely recommend for short and longer stays.

Fantastic property, great location, would still recommend despite comments for the 9/10 rating. Loved it!

Pros: Modern, stylish, clean, well equipped, comfortable.

Cons: 1. Whilst the double blinds were great, it felt a little exposed to the neighbouring building. Would benefit more from a net style curtain/blind so it would allow more light in & a view out but which still provides privacy. We were on the 2nd floor with our other party members directly above on 3rd. We heard virtually nothing of them yet we could still hear the family with kids above on 4th floor running around & furniture moving. It did not disturb us too much but our other party members were greatly disturbed with the noise level being directly above them which we felt disappointed about for them. It would benefit from soundproofing between the levels. 2. We all found the large pillows completely unsubstantial - the filling is much too loose & thin for comfort & two of us suffered bad neck ache as a result even though we all had obtained an extra pillow each. Something more supportive of people’s necks would be greatly beneficial.

A city of one thousand and one possibilities

Pros: Nice and very spacious apartment with a luxury bathroom and everything you need to have a wonderful stay in such a great city as Krakow.

Cons: The photos of the tenis player. It is OK that she is the person behind, but so many and so big photos are disturbing in such a nice place.

Cons: The only suggestion I would make would be to have better quality towels to match the rest of the experience . But that's a minor thing.

The most perfect accommodation, location and atmosphere

Pros: The style, location and it has everything you could possibly need. The local area is amazing, you must take advantage of the nearby market.

Cons: Nothing really, a little bit of clarity of the “code” for the door on an evening would have helped.

Pros: Good location & directions. Lovely apartment. Comfortable clean very spacious. Everything needed kitchenette. Lounge comfy sofa huge tv . Plenty storage 2 lge sliding door wardrobes full mirror doors. Large bathroom seperate bath & walkin powerfull shower. Staff very friendly helpful even got courtsey call when flight arrived to see if ok. Dropped of luggage early Guy at reception called when Room was ready so helpful. Definately return location great for exploring shops & restaraunts only 10min away to main Square.
