Great saff, comfortable room, very good location, good price

Pros: We had a really good welcome. Alice welcomed us with a smile 😃 and helped with any questions. She gave us recommendations for wonderful activities for the kids. The room we got was spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable

Cons: We didn't notice that we chose an apartment on the 4th floor without an elevator (this is our mistake) So we had to go up 4 floors with 3 children and carry 5 suitcases.🥵

Pros: This was the best accomodation we ever booked so far. No.1 on top of the list. It exceeded our expectations.... Good location, Parking was not an issue, staff was incredibly dedicated to his job...very helpful and explaining everything in detail, the rooms were excellent!! We were a family with young kids and to our surprise there were also toys for the kids to play with in our room. Toiletrees were topped up every morning as well. This place will definitely make you feel comfortable!

Pros: Big apartment with everything that you need, staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons: Maybe just the stairs but that was our fault we didn't check, stairs are ok but I had spinal surgery 1 year ago so it was a slow walk up for me.

Superb stay

Pros: I couldn't have found anything better for my stay than this excellent apartment. I loved everything about it and enjoyed every minute of my stay there. The personnel at the K4 aparthotel were beyond kind and helpful. They also recommend attractions, restaurants, etc. that are worth visiting. Without a doubt, if I ever return to Krakow, this will be the only place I would stay.
