Great location and space. Beds could be better.

Pros: Great value for money and superb location. Lovely and quiet but so central.

Cons: New mattresses are needed and the pillows too. The pillows need to go in the bin and be replaced.

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location 😍

Pros: Loved the location and the decor. Also felt very secure and great to have the lift.

Cons: It said in the description that there would be toiletries there - but unfortunately there wasn’t so we went to the shop to get some. Also could have done with more than one hand towel for the 4 of us. But these are 2 small issues - overall our stay was great.

Perfect location, clean, nice place to stay

Pros: Very central, close to everything - can be noisy, but windows are good and take most of the noise away, clean, good internet, lift in the building, clear instructions for check in.

Cons: Fire alarm sets off with hairdryer 😊

Great location and comfortable stay.

Pros: Spacious apartment with lots of natural light, very clean and organised, just 5 minutes from the Market Square. Easy access from the central station, with restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons: No shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, and the kitchen lacked basics like soap, a jar for water, or ice trays. It was also quite warm inside, so a fan would have been helpful.

Perfectly located to walk everywhere

Pros: The apartment’s location is perfect: just steps away from restaurants, shops and the main square so you can easily walk everywhere. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 people and was clean and had nice decoration.

Cons: The only downside (not the apartment’s fault) is that the noise at night from nearby bars can be a bit loud. One thing to keep in mind is that if you have a late flight, there is no luggage storage available after check-out.

Pros: The location cannot be beat. Right in the center of Krakow ! One downside to this is that the room can be a bit noisy at night (but that didn't really bother me)

Cons: Beds are a little worn and soft, not as comfortable as they could be

Pros: Great location, super clean and near local shop. Great reasonable priced cafe opposite for breakfast and quick response when we had any queries.

Perfect !

Pros: Amazing stay. Location is perfect. 25 minute train from the airport, with a 10-15 min walk from station to accommodation. 2 minute walk to the main square in the old town. Can be a little noisy at night due to the central location but that was to be expected. Great location in terms of guided tour collection points . Hand towel, and an individual towel provided for each quest. Dish soap and hand soap and toilet roll provided. Small corner shop just across the road for anything you might need. Felt very safe, lovely communication from the host. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Lift was out of order when we were there, seemed like maintenance was going on to fix the problem. Although lift not hugely necessary as the apartment is on the 1st floor , just a few steps! Would recommend to everyone and would definitely come back.
