Pros: Small, but cozy apartments. Super clean. There was everything that we neded. Even salt and pepper wich was great. Coffee machine. Loved staying there. Location was great just in the midle of city centre where shops and restaurants was near by. Host was great.

Pros: We stayed for just the one night but the property was great, walking distance to a few cafe’s/restaurants/bars and very easy to get around. The room was absolutely huge and the bathroom was spectacular. There’s a kitchen and very big fridge.

Cons: Nothing, it was a lovely place to stay

Lovely big apartment in possibly the best location in town!

Pros: It was extremely clean, great location and well laid out with a nice kitchen. Lots of space either a great dining area.

Cons: Would have loved a washing machine as there were no laundromats in Oswiencim. Also collecting the key from another location made things difficult for me as I was traveling by myself with 4 kids. So hard to get around back & forth with luggage on local buses and limited options for larger taxis in Oswiencim. Would have been so much easier if keys could be located on site like all the other places we’ve stayed at.

Pros: The place was very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

Great place, for a few days stay for 2 persons ( superior apartment, downstairs)

Pros: Great location, very close to the central square, private parking. Clean apartment.. Well equipped kitchen. Nice receptionist at the hotel where the keys had to be picked up.

Cons: Very noisy (from the street). Cigarette smell in the corridor Deposit had to be paid

A brilliant location and a nice clean apartment

Pros: The apartment is modern, clean and nicely decorated throughout. It is well- lit with large windows and the location is superb- right in the middle of the town (with all the cafes and restaurants) but on a quiet road so very peaceful and safe. A shop open until late is conveniently located just round the corner. There is also an allocated free parking space,

Cons: Picking up the keys is a bit of a hassle as it requires a trip to a different location which is not at all ideal, particularly after a long day of travel and the check- in times are not very long. A check- out is early (by 10am) which requires an even earlier trip to another venue to drop off the keys back. A lock box could have easily been installed with a code shared on the day of arrival at the time when the check- in starts. A minor issue but worth mentioning as it might be useful to know, particularly for those who travel with small children is that the apartment only provided one bath towel per guest and no additional smaller, hand towels. I have not come across this before in any of the apartments and hotels I stayed in but I supposed different establishments are allowed to have their own ideas. However, there is neither a washing machine in the apartment nor a hotel- style towel replacement service so for a longer stay, I think the guests would be expected to either travel with their own additional towels or spend their holidays looking for a laundrette in town. Other facilities are completely fine.

Pros: Everything was great with super good location at city center. The apartment has private parking so coming with a car it is an advantage. Many restaurants nearby, everything in the apartment is new and well prepared.

Cons: Key collection is something from the ancient ages - need to go to opposite side of the city to take the keys leaving 400 PLN deposit and to return the key to same place. If you arriving without car - do not order this apartment, as it will take time and cost to take the keys. Safe box or digital key locker would be a solution to substitute the key collection. During summer 2nd floor apartment too hot inside - Air Conditioner would be a good upgrade.

Pros: We were satisfied, the appartment was nicely furnished and clean, There was also small kitchen including dishwasher. Advantage is a parking within premisses.

Cons: There was a small annoyance like we were 4 people but the appartment was prepared for 3. Fortunately landlord resolved the issue within 30minutes.

An impressive apartment

Pros: Excellent location-very close to the main square,lovely cafes and a variety of shops but still very quiet. The apartment is really spacious,clean and nicely decorated throughout. There were some minor issues with the apartment (I.e the Internet not working and a broken shower head holder) which were addressed within 24 hours upon my e-mail to the owners which was great.

Cons: The process of checking in and out wasn't convenient as the keys had to be picked up from another location (which wasn't within the walking distance) by 10pm and dropped off on check-out by 10am.It would have been much better if there was a key locker with a pin combination on the main gate from which the keys could be retrieved. I was also surprised that there was no washing machine in the apartment considering how well equipped it was in other ways.For longer stays (such as mine) there could be at least a service offering towel replacement.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, big, with 3 rooms. Good location. Had everything for cooking, soap and shampoo. Extra pillows, blankets. Good parking.

Cons: Should improve cleanliness. A deposit had to be paid (400zl) which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Keys was different place.
