Fabulous for the price

Pros: Cheap and cheerful the rooms had everything we needed and there was housekeeping every day with clean towels and more toilet rolls if you needed, the staff were fantastic and could not so enough for us and the breakfast was fab considering how little we paid to stay here I would highly recommend

Great place that’s close to Old Town exceptional customer service

Pros: Close to trams and other public vicinities, the receptionist lady was super friendly and kind, breaking all stereotypes about Polish people

Cons: Quite old, the lift was the scariest part

Cons: Breakfast was across the road in an amazing little coffee shop hotel gave you vouchers for breakfast and you had the choice of the menu food was lovely so wasn’t anything to dislike

Lovely place in a great location

Pros: Immaculately clean, well kept room, friendly helpful staff. Great location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Only down side could possibly be noise from trams, we loved the trams and it wasn't an issue for us as we had ear plugs.

Good location, great communication, nice rooms

Pros: Perfect location - next to the train station with trains to/from the airport. A half-hour walk to the central railway station and the Old Town. The option of late-night check-in was priceless - you don't have to worry about flight delay, staff responded quickly and helped with the required information. The heating was on, a pleasant surprise on a chilly October night. Very spacious room, too.

Cons: The tram stop is just under the hotel - convenient, but very noisy. Some drinking water would be a great addition to tea/coffee.
