Perfect place for a great time in Krackow.

Pros: We’ve stayed here before in 2022. The location is perfect for exploring both the old town and the Jewish quarter. It’s also away from the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Amazing location, delicious and variable breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. 14 pf ua stayed there and everyone was very pleased with hotel.

Cons: In some rooms sofa beds could be more comfortable

Pros: Nothing at all - perfect for a solo traveller. For an amazing price you get an older traditional room, with single hob, kettle, coffee machine, free coffee tea and water, minibar, iron, great shower in bathroom, balcony (inward facing rather than street, so quiet). Amazing location 5 mins from the airport train one way, and 5 mins into the old town

Cons: Spa and restaurant seemed closed when attempted but could be seasonal

Extremely central well decorated property.

Pros: Extremely central property to all major Krakow sights. Excellent transport links. Lovely decor. Excellent balcony and coffee making facilities.

Cons: Bathroom in the single room is extremely small especially the WC. More bed coverings should be available.

Nice hotel, great location, would stay again.

Pros: Well decorated hotel in great location near the old town. The staff were friendly and quick on check-in, and the rooms were clean on arrival. Our room was a good size and the shower was nice and powerful.

Cons: Although the rooms were clean on arrival we found that when they were 'made up' during our stay they were not really cleaned. By the end of our stay the floor was quite dirty. We had had hot water one morning and I had to wait nearly 10 minutes in reception for a member of staff to arrive to talk to. The problem was due to local water works which was not the fault of the hotel and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Small inconvenience.
