Pros: Fantastic location, minutes from the main square and walking distance to castle and other attractions

Cons: Only a kettle provided - which was fine as we were only there for 3 nights.

Pros: Location was perfect. Check in time was fab (1pm). Allowed a late check out at no additional cost. Communication was good if I had questions. I liked the keyless system.

Pros: The location is excellent. Very easy check-in. All information is sent on the day of arrival. Staff are very helpful. Enquired about late check out and then couldn't have been any more accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: No lift, this was fine for us but for others they may not realise at the point of booking that the room is on the third floor
