Exceptional

Pros: Excellent hotel. €3-€5 in a taxi to old town. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The spa facilities were amazing. The staff were exceptional. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Pros: Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff. Couldn't fault it. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Lovely pool area and an amazing spa for massage.

Cons: I didn't like that you couldn't smoke on your balcony of your room. I didn't realise this when booking but that's a minor thing.

Pros: Friendly staff, very clean, spacious and modern, spa was brilliant and free to use, a shop right next door, would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again

Great hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel, very friendly Staff, excellent breakfast , the spa was small but not overcrowded which was great.

Cons: A little bit away from the square but still lovely location , surrender by parks .

Great hotel, comfortable, clean and great facilities

Pros: Clean, good facilities, straight route into Old Town, good view, good food

Cons: Cleaner didn’t come on our last day; we requested more body wash as it wasn’t replaced before we arrived but got sent an extra shampoo instead.

Pros: The hotels spa area is perfect and bed is big! We had an issue with breakfast box not being ready before our day trip first thing in the morning. However the staff were brilliant in sorting us out with free breakfast the next day and a complementary cheese board. Breakfast is lovely, spa is lovely. Overall 10/10

Cons: Slightly stuffy in room in winter as they lock the cold part of A/C off but it was manageable!
