The overall stay was a good experience. This is a hotel that I would book again.

Pros: Breakfast had a good variety food and the restaurant was excellent. Location was only a brief 5 minute walk to the old town. Hotel was very clean & the room was pleasantly furnished.

Cons: There is nothing that I can fault about the property or location.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and warm. The bathroom very functional.

Cons: The breakfast was poor. The bed was small for two people and the covers were single instead of double.

Pros: Its a great friendly place. Staff was helpful , breakfast is decent, serving segafredo coffee in three star hotel is something you dont see often, Variety of food , fruits and sweets. We came very early , I was panning just to leave luggage and go out but they let us check in at 9am . If Krakow sees me again then this will be a place to sleep again
