Convenient and nice place to stay.would definitely go back there.

Pros: Great location, excellent breakfast, parking available. The room was very warm. We arrived very late, but that was not a problem, everything was handled through the neighbouring Hotel Polonia. We were allowed to leave the car in the car park while we explored Krakow Old Town.

Cons: No lift (just be aware).

All in all a great and memorable experience in a building from past glorious times.

Pros: All personal took time and patience to assist us with car parking and our pets, etc. the stair hall in the building is a joy for every art interested person. Location just fantastic.

Pros: Cosy apartment in an old-fashioned style, very close to the train station and the old part of the city. The bed and particularly the cushions were not the best but nothing too tragic. Breakfast was not of great variety but still very good.

Pros: Considering the price I paid, the room was excellent — spacious, spotless, and with a distinct character that comes from being part of an older building. The furnishings are simple but appropriate, and the overall atmosphere has its own charm. Staff presence was discreet, which I personally appreciate. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. What some guests may see as a drawback is the absence of an elevator, especially since three floors here feel more like four or five in a modern building. I was aware of this beforehand and it didn’t bother me — in fact, I liked it. Despite the busy boulevard and tram line outside, the room on the third floor was perfectly quiet.

Cons: On the first morning, the water in the bathroom wasn’t warm enough, but this didn’t affect my overall excellent impression of the stay.

Pros: Wonderful apartments. The staff were incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly. We had to check out in the middle of the night because we had a night train, but everything went very quickly and without any problems. A nice, clean room with all necessary amenities. The location is perfect — right next to the train station and the historic part of the city. We will definitely come back here again.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location – just a short walk from the Old Town, a shopping center, and the main train station. The rooms are very clean, with daily housekeeping, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious – pancakes, fresh rolls, and croissants were served every day and were something we always looked forward to.

Cons: The only downside was that the same key that opened the main double doors also opened our apartment, meaning that anyone with a key could access any room. There was also no option to lock/ block the door from the inside, which felt quite unsafe, knowing that anyone with a key could potentially enter.

Spacious and Pleasant Stay

Pros: The only downside was that my window faced the tram tracks, so it was a bit noisy until evening

Cons: Nice apartments with high ceilings and plenty of space. Breakfast was good, with some local touches — very pleasant overall. You can leave your luggage after check-out, which is convenient.
