Excellent location with friendly staff

Pros: The reception Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, happy to help with all our needs. The location was amazing very close to the main square.

Cons: The room was located next to the front door which was nosier than i had initially anticipated. I wish i had of been informed of this prior to accepting the room. You could hear the door opening and closing late into the night. The room its self was relatively small with no place other than the bed to put the suitcase

Decent stay, well organised and great location

Pros: Excellent location, very clean and practical. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons: Small room on the ground floor next to reception was very noisy at times. For the price we paid we would’ve expected a bigger room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended

Pros: I stayed at Amber Design Residence many times during my time in Kraków, and every visit was consistently excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I really value that the reception is available 24/7, which makes everything very convenient and reassuring. The hotel is spotless — exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The interior design is beautiful, modern, and stylish while still feeling warm and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town and main attractions. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage in storage after check-out, which made my departure day much easier. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.
