Pros: Everything was great. In the heart of the old city, excellent access to all attractions. Perfect comunication with the host and really convenient access to the apartment. Cozy and very clean place. Strongly recommend!

Pros: The location was perfect and the apartment was clean, large and well organized. Loved this hotel very much !

Cons: No elevator but it was cleared to us on booking. Wish for more extra towels in the apartment since there no daily room service

Lovely studio in a great location

Pros: Amazing location close to all the sights less than 5 minutes to the main square, very clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed

Cons: Nothing really, the only thing that would have made it even better is a smart TV with the ability to log into Netflix etc

Great Stay

Pros: The location of this apartment was perfect. Located 4 minute walk to main square. It was clean and the bed was super comfy. Everything we needed for our stay. Very little noise heard from the street below. Would recommend to friends and would stay here again. We were sent the codes to access the property and our apartment. Didn't see any staff but that wasn't a problem for us.

Cons: I would say the stairs. When you live in a bungalow and dont climb stairs often it was hard. But they got easier. I would say if you have mobility issues this wouldn't be the place for you to stay.

Pros: Amazing apartment near the center of Krakow. Everything was clean, the bed is comfortable, big shower, and easy and secure house entrance.

Cons: The pillows could be better, and there was subtle music from a nearby pub but considering the locatiom it makes sense. An elevator would help a lot with the hand luggage..

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole 4 days

Pros: Centrally located but still quiet enough to relax after a busy few days. The room had everything needed for a short stay and the bed was big and comfortable.Lovely clean bathroom and wardrobe that actually had hangers.

Cons: Nothing to really complain about but maybe older people may struggle with baggage as no lift available.

Great location a minute walk from the main square

Pros: Location was great and came with a kitchen and fridge and utensils etc

Cons: There was no lift but being a modernised old building it is not practical to put a lift in

Pros: Big room with very comfortable bed. Clean and equiped with all you need for a city break. It's centre location allows you to be in 1 min from Krakow main square
