Great stay in Krakow!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel in Kraków. The location is excellent – literally a five-minute walk from the main square, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment at the very top of the building. It was warm, comfortable, and spectacularly clean. Everything was well maintained and made for a very relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków. We also really appreciated that the building has an elevator, so we didn’t have to carry our suitcases up to the third or fourth floor – that was a big plus.

Cons: The only downside for us was the TV. It wasn’t a Smart TV, so we couldn’t connect to Netflix or any streaming services. The available channels were mostly in Polish, which we couldn’t understand. After long days of walking around Kraków, we had a few evenings where we just wanted to relax and watch something, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Adding a Smart TV would really improve the experience for international guests.

Stylish property close to all the main attractions

Pros: Traditional building with modern interiors. Room was immaculately clean, very spacious and stylishly decorated. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant, less than 10 minutes walk from the old town and attractions.

Pros: Fantastic hotel with fantastic location. Highly recommend: - easy check in process; - clean and warm room; - nice bathroom; - comfortable bed; - tasty breakfast.

Cons: Nothing we will visit again if in the area.

Really nice stay, the place is perfect if you are looking for a weekend to visit the city

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect, just 100 mt away from the city center but in an area accessible by taxis, the breakfast is good with good selection of sweets, salty, fruit, bread, cheese. Rooms are fine, with enough spaces and lockers and good windows that keeps out noises and cold. The day we went to visit the Concentrations Camps they provided for free a lunch-box. The reception is open 24/7 and all the people at the desk are very helpful, kind and smiling.

Cons: You have to ask if you want the room cleaned, there is not a daily service, the double-bed is not very big and was provided with 2 single-bed blanket

Pros: Everything was clean and organized, and breakfast was nice

Cons: There are stairs and lift stop every half floor, so you have to go up some stairs each floor. Since in the city centre apparently bolt and Uber etc are not allowed to enter so in certain hours you have to walk a bit to call a taxi

Pros: It's really nice and big with nice staff and the breakfast is really good . The location is perfect

Cons: They don't have a parking so you should find a parking outside the city center .

Pros: The appartment was very spacious, close to everything and spotlessly clean.

Pros: Nice and comfortable hotel in a convenient location in old town. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. The breakfast is decent.
