Friendliest, warmest and nicest place I could have picked. Fantastic location and a great team!

Pros: The comfort of the bed, the cleanliness and most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful!

Pros: Our stay at the Cracow Central Aparthotel was really good, the room was cozy and super clean, approximately 10 minutes from the main town, and really close to the central station, the staff was really nice and friendly. we really appreciated the room and the staff. really recommend for a short stay!

Cons: you can hear the noises from the other rooms and the hallway.

Pros: Great location, opposite the main train station. Bakery, coffee shops and convenience stores in the area. Very helpful staff, providing luggage storage at the hotel.

Budget hotel in a fabulous location

Pros: The hotel is in a fabulous location, very close to the train station and Galeria Krakowska shopping centre. The room itself was plain but clean and comfortable, with the bonus of a kettle and fridge. There are lots of cafes and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. The receptionist let us stow our luggage for a few hours on the day of our arrival as our room was not ready. Highly recommended for the price.

Cons: The soundproofing is very poor, though it didn't really bother us. Tea bags were provided, but I would have appreciated some coffee sachets also. The bathroom is very small, with a tiny sink.

Fantastic location, value for money and staff were very friendly

Pros: Fantastic location and value for money. Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels left. Staff were very friendly and the room had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: The room we booked was on the small side but that never bothered us
