Excellent value hotel in a fab location.

Pros: Great location, close to the train station and only a short walk to the centre of town. The hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is in a cafe/restaurant adjacent to the hotel and was basic but adequate.

Cons: I would have liked more breakfast options, such as decaf coffee and pastries.

Pros: Great location only 10 min walk to the main square, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast

Cons: The mattress was thin and hard, but other than that, amazing!

Pros: The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, you have a bathroom with a shower in the room and having the breakfast included is definitely a plus. In addition, the staff was kind and spoke English. You can even leave your luggage in a room if you plan to stay more hours in the city after the check out.

Great location and good breakfast.

Pros: Excellent location. Good breakfast, delicious coffee. Friendly staff. Kettle and cups in the room. There are 2 tea bags and 2 coffees(3 in 1) in the room the 1st day. The room is not small. Good shower. Luggage storage. Warm, you can adjust the heat supply. Close to Central train station and old town.

Cons: Coffee and tea were not replenished, there was no sugar. The room with the skylights is not very comfortable, we move the beds to have normal access to the windows for ventilation. One night lamp didn't work, the bulb wasn't replaced. The beds are normal, but the mattresses should be renewed. The room is very economical, feels like a hostel.

Great location near rail station, nice breakfast, and the staff is friendly

Pros: I spent one night there, the check in, the breakfast, the room overall were great.

Cons: The outlet for the electric kettle is non existent. Other than that, all is good.

Perfect for a few days (or even longer) stay in Krakow.

Pros: Excellent location, close to Krakow Glowny and walking distance to everything in the old town. The hotel staff is especially kind and friendly at the reception and in the breakfast room, as well. The breakfast is tasty with a big variety of food.

Cons: Maybe the carpet is in need of renewal but it was clean.

Pros: I liked the location, so very near all the main tourist attractions; the staff who was friendly and helpful; the facilities - lift and restaurant next door to hotel, where you can have breakfast and also lunch, providing good quality food and drinks ). Size of room was very good too.

Cons: If I can make a recommendation is to let customers know at the time of check in that they have to ask for the room to be cleaned every morning at reception at a certain time. My room wasn't cleaned and beds weren't made etc and I only found out on the last day that I was supposed to ask for that service. This is the only aspect that I did not like - but I now know that if I had asked, the room would have been cleaned.
