Pros: Everything was great, apartment is really nice and in a really nice location near the train station and the old town.

Pros: The host was always available and replied promptly to our questions. The apartment is nice and comfortable and close to the city center. We had a pleasant stay.

Pros: It was such a homely end to my stay in Poland. It felt relaxed and peaceful and like I was coming “home” after a long day exploring. It’s situated within walking distance of krakow and near public transport. I loved that there was a great cafe located downstairs and several convenience stores within 2 mins

Cons: The parking is the same everywhere in Poland but returning the garage keys on my last morning ended with a confrontation with a rude tenant of the property. I had already done a 10min lap of krakow trying to find somewhere to park so that I could put the keys back into the room and leave, and decided I’d be 5 mins, I needed to get to the airport, I’ll park in the driveway as I’d seen many others do before for brief periods, and on my return a snooty lady parked me in wanting me to return to the carpark when I no longer had the key to open the garage. I notice a lack of compassion from drivers is commonplace and this occurrence was no different. It didn’t detract from my stay but perhaps a lock box situated in the reserved car space may allow this situation to be avoided

Pros: Very fancy and nice apartment with all you would need during your stay. There is a really good location close to the main station, shop center and city center.

Cons: Unfortunately, it's not clean enough. There is dust on almost every surface, even the bedding didn't look very clean (lint).

Great short break, reasonably priced. Felt safe and easy to get around.

Pros: Location is great, close enough to the old town for easy walking but not too busy and very accessible by car (we rented a car and parked in the included garage). Uber also super east to collect/drop off at the door. Apartment VERY warm (we turned the heating down quite a bit!) Tidy apartment block and not very busy. Be Cafe next door is fantastic!

Cons: The door keypad/number system is quite long, too long to easily remember. It felt like an escape room just getting into the apartment the first time! There were no bowls for cereal/breakfast, the host said there were deep plates, which is not the same. No regular glasses for water/soft drinks, just a couple of wine glasses and some cups. Coffee beans & espresso machine but no coffee grinder...? There was also a lack of dish cloth/towel, but this was delivered the next day after a quick message along with a new toaster. The wardrobes were a puzzle to open until I found and replaced the Ikea push open fittings. The bed dropped to the floor on one side due to a bad repair but slotted back together again in the morning... A little TLC would bring this apartment back to a solid 9.

Pros: Location was good and we arrived very easy. The cleaning was very good. Kitchen, bath, bedroom, TV and internet was very good. It was nice to have a cafe on the ground floor of the building.

Cons: We did'nt contact with host easy. So we have taken entry door code very late. Later we didn't need the host. The door was defective between bedroom and living room. It would be nice if there were instruction manuels for use for kitchen tools. May be it could be a square code.

Pros: Very nice, clean and comfortable flat in good location. Close to the Old town, train station, shops around. Easy check-in, very good communication with owner.

Cons: Couple of small things are broken and need attention of landlord.

Pros: The apartment was bright and had everything we needed. The garage was a big advantage.

Pros: The apartment can be great for longer stays aswell as it's well equipped. Nice design, great location.
