Incredible value for its money

Pros: Nice location close to the train station, all off the necessary utilities, I liked that there is a washing machine!

Cons: My friend said that the bed felt a little stiff, I however did not have any issues.

Mother & Daughter 5 Day Stay

Pros: Very clean apartment well equipped with a double bed & sofa bed. Lovely to have a washing machine & dishwasher (tablets supplied). Lovely & warm for the whole 5 days we were there. Apartment 81 on 4th floor with lift and balcony overlooking courtyard. Less than 10 mins walk to traim/bus station. 20-25 mins walk to Old Town. Small Zabka shop 2 mins walk. Stop for 76 tram outside apartment block going to Jewish Quarter. Great communication with details on access. Allowed us to check in an hour early which was helpful. Great wifi. The apartment is in a block within a complex of blocks set back from the main road so lovely & quiet. 24 hour concierge

Cons: Personally, I found the bed a bit uncomfortable - could do with being a thicker mattress. Couldn't work out the TV controls but it it didn't bother us.

Pros: everything was clean and tidy and it was a very comfortable place

Cons: the tv didn’t work properly maybe it was the controller or something else but we could never managed to put it to work

Pros: Warm, comfortable and secure. Close proximity to the train station.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Accommodation in a great location. Modern apartment building. Parking available in the garage. Dishwasher. Children's playground in the yard.

Cons: The bed was very hard. The sofa bed was broken, luckily my son is very light. The kitchen could be better equipped - for example a bigger frying pan.

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and modern, and it had everything exactly as described. We walked to the city center every day, like 15mis and the location was great . 5-minute walk to the train station and the mall. There were excellent transport connections by both bus and train, and plenty of supermarkets nearby. If I visit again, I will definitely choose to stay here once more.

Cons: Shower water was not warm. Must be only heated for children, for safety.

Pros: Everything about this apartment was excellent. It was extremely well located—about a 5-minute walk to Kraków Główny and the Galeria (with great shopping and plentiful food choices), and about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, very welcoming, and comfortable. It had just about everything we needed (we did have to buy more toilet paper and washing powder, as there were only a couple of rolls and just enough powder for one wash, but everything else more than made up for this). I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. Was very modern in appearance. Was great to have a washing machine. There is plenty of storage for cases and of clothes.

Cons: The refrigerator door doesn't seem to close properly, and we couldn't keep our food cold. The washing machine was hard to work out how it works. Some instructions would have been good. It was a bit cramped around the living area and only has a bench with high stools to sit on for eating.

Pros: Nice, modern and clean apartment, close to the main railway station. Not on Rakowicka 15 Street, but on Rakowicka 22.

Cons: We would appreciate more tea spoons and plates.
