We stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely perfect. The property is right between the city centre and the train

Pros: The place was so clean and to be fair to the staff they replied quickly when any questions was asked. The property was as advertised and was perfect in regards to location. There’s a lift also to the floor

Cons: Nothing it was perfect !

Amazing place where you have everything you need for a short stay

Pros: We liked absolutely everything! It was very clean, the heating was great, the bed is comfortable. It was quiet, wonderful location.

Great stay in Krakow

Pros: Big spacious room with really great location walking distance to the train and old town. Breakfast was also pretty good sized servings

Krakow, what a great city in December.

Pros: Perfect location, 5min walk from the central station, 15min walk to the Christmas Market. Access to the building and apartment went smooth, no issues. We would recommend this accommodation, clean and tidy, nice bathroom and with a shared kitchen space, we could have stayed longer.

Pros: The location is very close to the center, practically 3-5 min. The block is clean, the apartment is clean. The kitchen area is common for 4 rooms. The quality-price is very good and the city looks great. Breakfast quite simple but enough to start the day.

Cons: Small renovations could be done

Clean and comfortable apartment just a few minutes walk to Krakow Glowny and the Old town.

Pros: Clean, nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable apartment, excellent location. The room has a fridge but the waterkettle, kitchenware, sink are all in the shared kitchen. However, that was not a problem for me as the apartment complex was not crowded and the kitchen was just in front of my room’s entrance door.

Cons: There was no such thing.

Exceptional value and location, quiet, clean and comfy 10/10

Pros: I have to say for the price we paid this exceeded our expectations at every level. The room was lovely, high ceilings nicely decorated and well built, bathroom the same. Central heating worked all day and the room was lovely and warm. Spotlessly clean with a good bathroom with loads of hot water and really comfortable bed. There was a fridge and hairdryer. In the hall there was a small clean shared kitchen, we only used the kettle. It was a two minute walk to the entrance of the old town of Krakow with tons of places to eat on entering. Two minutes in the other direction there is an enormous shopping centre with a huge number of international retail outlets behind which is located the main railway station. All in all for the cost I would use Art of Serenity if I returned it contributed to a really wonderful three day break in the beautiful Krakow

Cons: The instructions to open the main door were very poorly explained in an e mail, they really need to be edited so the instructions are legible.

Great location - would definitely return

Pros: The location was perfect, only 5 mins walk from main square and very quiet area. Room was clean and fairly spacious. The staff arranged our airport transfer and were available if needed.

Cons: We would have liked extra pillows/towels and better lighting in the bathroom but those are very small complaints overall.

Comfortable stay at a great location

Pros: We were able to check in ahead of time. Host was very responsive to messages. Location is a stone throw from the historical center of Krakow, but also immediately next to Krakow train station. Breakfast was delivered to the door each morning, including earlier on the day of check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Insufficient lighting in the bathroom. Airconditioning remote control was removed, so no option to regulate room temperature. Curtains are not black-out model, so a lot of incoming light was waking us up in the morning. One more pillow on each side of the bed would have been appreciated.
