Pros: The location is perfect! Bus 300 is going from airport right to hotel and back. To the city centre you can get in 15 minutes walk. Wawel castle in 5 minutes. Very comfortable bed. We had problems with heating and in a moment the hotel administration helped us and gave us a heating radiator. So everything is perfect. Thank you!

Super hotel, great location for exploring the city.

Pros: Great location for exploring everywhere on foot. Tram stop outside. Bus stop to/from airport 2 min walk away. Nice room and bathroom.

Pros: The breakfast was great, a lot of choices and good quality products. Reception was always attended. Free water on the corridors. Kind people.

Perfect for weekend getaway

Pros: Central location right opposite castle & river. Walking distance to centre. Clean, modern hotel, great value for money. Friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast.

Cons: The only negative was the heating in our room was too hot. We turned it off, but returning to our room, it seemed to default to a 30degree setting!

Lovely stay, highly recommended ;)

Pros: The staff was always nice, polite and always with a smile. The room super clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was always fresh and full of choices. The location was good, about 10mins walk to centre old Old Krakow Town.

Cons: The only thing I would say, but it's a minor thing, it would be nice to have international TV channels as everything is doubled over in polish, so makes watching tv impossible. Or maybe have the option to add our own Netflix account. I like to fall asleep watching something on tv :)
