Good location, excellent staff.

Pros: Lovely staff, very good breakfast. Just a 15 minute walk from large mall and main square. 25 minute walk from Jewish Quarter and castle.

Cons: Noise from trams.

Pros: Nice position, near Old Town. Has the tram station at a few meters and the train station not too far from the hotel. It's a nice stay if you choose to spend some time in Krakow. Our room had a pleasent view, the snowy vibe helped.

Cons: The reception staff could not care less about customers. They do not even say hello if not asked. It's not about a cultural thing, when you actively work with customers.

As an overall stay, I highly recommend this hotel for it's location most especially

Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent as it is very central and the tram stops a few paces away, so it's very convenient to travel around the city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and have all amenities. The breakfast is good and abundant. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help you.

Cons: The breakfast area is quite restricted as it is relatively small.

Pros: Only 10 minutes walk to the square. Lovely room with a balcony ideal to sit and have a coffee in the morning! Garden view. Such a bonus that the hotel has a lovely coffee shop which also sold pastries etc.

Pros: The must for this period of the year is the location and we we're really happy to be with a short walking distance from each restaurant we booked and the Xmas market, which nobody from our group got saturated even after 7 days. As this was the main purpose of our stay, it was absolutely perfect. The reception opened 24/7 with always someone happy to help is truly appreciated. Adding to all these, a super breakfast, served up to 11 am daily. What else 😀?

Cons: We discovered too late that residing at Yarden, we were able to go to the bar from another hotel next to it, from the same group... If we've known it from the start, we might have enjoyed it. But this is really a detail
