Pros: Great location close to the main train station and within easy walking distance of the Old Town. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of high-quality options. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night

Location! Clean! Super friendly staff!

Pros: Location location location! Clean! Brilliant sleep! Clean! Staff was super helpful. Unlimited tea/coffee/hot chocolate for guests at the lobby. Will defo go back and stay again. Don’t often write reviews unless they deserve it and this one gets my vote.

Cons: If I had to think of something, rooms aren’t big but that didn’t bother us as it was super cosy.

Very good, as usual at the PURO Hotels

Pros: Great location of the hotel. The room was pleasant, the breakfast very good, but not enough space for dining, so we waited for seats to become available.

Cons: The bar staff were very lax, I had to lose my drink every time. Saying hello was also a problem, even after our loud greeting. Reception staff could be more friendly.

Very nice hotel all round. You won't be disappointed but will be surprised!

Pros: Very nice hotel. Very close to the train station. Free coffee machine use ! I took full advantage of it. Smart control of lighting. Smart registration where I don't have to write anything by hand. Comfortable bed and everything.

Cons: Breakfast price tag is quite high but coffee machine use is free in the hall.

Super comfortable stay .

Pros: Excellent location . Right in the old town and just across the street from a fabulous shopping mall . Galleria Krakowska . Very safe location.

Cons: Very soft pillows in the room . You can ask for firmer pillows which we got , no problem. This is not a complaint though .
