No Regrets

Pros: Incredibly spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent facilities and in a perfect location for exploring foot or public transport

Cons: There was some slight noise from trams on the streetside of the hotel.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful Very clean and relaxing Hotel Location excellent ,next to main train station and shopping Centre. Restaurants,Cafes,take aways,pubs plentiful around area. Breakfast very good choice hot food/cold plentiful and very tasty. Airport 15 mins away by train.

Original hotel cancelled. This one was better ;)

Pros: Very well located, right outside the Krakow mall, near the main transport depot and the old city. Couldnt have selected a better location for what i needed. Breakfast was great - a huge selection of good hot and cold food and it lasted me all day. Room was lovely and quiet and i also really appreciated the gym downstairs - pretty well equipped for what i needed. Front desk staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. And also very efficient at what they do. Thanks team :) On a general note, this was my first time in Krakow, and Poland in general. It has some seriously good food and is under-rated as a tourist destination. Krakow is a lovely pretty city and I would definitely recommend people visit.

Amazing time in Kraków in a fabulous hotel

Pros: Fabulous stay at the Vienna. From check in to check out! Only a very short walk from train station nd to old town. Public transport outside the front door shopping mall only meters away. The room was clean and very well styled. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and inviting. Such a relaxed atmosphere.

Cons: I wouldn't change a thing.

Pros: Location is perfect. Breakfast was excellent! Very clean. Spacious room. Big bathroom. Galleria krakowska which was right outside the door was also a big plus.

Fantastic hotel in superb location

Pros: Great location to everything in Krakow. No need for taxis/ubers as everything was walkable

Cons: Probably could have had a bit more choice for breakfast but aside from that, it was excellent
