Highly recommended if only to experience the breakfast menu

Pros: Overall great experience. Big shout out to the breakfast that was hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, on par with a good quality restaurant. Great menu options, salads and small dishes to try. 11/10

Cons: Connecting to the Internet was tricky and required a bit of know-how (hidden option to 'use the connection as is' that I haven't seen anywhere else). Even when connected, Internet was spotty inside the room and in the dining room. I used my phone data via hotspotting most of the time.

Short but extremely lovely stay

Pros: Stunning property, excellent location. And the lady at the front desk check and not only was she extremely helpful but very caring but also had a huge hilarious heart she really knows how to read her customers and make them feel very warm and welcomed

Excellent hotel in an ideal location.

Pros: The hotel is located just off the main square, and is surrounded by many bars, cafes, restaurants and coffees shops, however there is no noise from these. There is also a park next to the hotel which allows you to enjoy a nice walk to Wawel Castle. The main square is a 5 minute walk away, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are also large, with excellent showers. The staff are very friendly and can help arrange taxis, excursions and reservations. The restaurant in the basement does excellent breakfasts and dinners, and offers live jazz on selected date. I have stayed at this hotel twice now and will absolutely stay again when visiting Krakow.

Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Pros: Great location, with easy access to key attractions. The rooms were modern, well-furnished and very quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Providing bathrobes and slippers would make the stay even more comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful and always available to assist.

Cons: Breakfast had limited sweet options and lacked fresh juices.

Great stay at the Garamond Hotel

Pros: Great location for the old town: close enough but also a bit quieter location than for some hotels. Staff were knowledgeable and helped a lot with booking trips and restaurants, including making an excellent suggestion for a restaurant when we asked for something really special

Cons: Everything was fine, but some of the trips we booked didn't drop us back to the hotel because of traffic restrictions

Pros: Very good hotel. Perfect location. Very good breakfast. Highly reccomended.

We all loved Krakow and will return - would recommend this hotel for location and breakfast!

Pros: Location of the hotel was ideal, not far from the main square. The breakfast was superb and absolutely value for money.

Cons: The lack of a bar/lounge to relax, meet up and particularly while waiting for taxis etc - not opening the bar until 5pm was a nuisance to our large group.

Pros: Good location, near the train station and the old town. Nice staff. Delicious breakfasts. The restaurant is not big, but the food is delicious, there was live music in the evening. Nice room, comfortable bed. I only lowered the score because of the problems with the hairdryer: it was inconvenient to use, the hairdryer folded on its own, the staff could not give me another hairdryer and the socket in the bathroom did not work, I turned on the hairdryer in the room.

Pros: Hotel, was everything we needed, location was superb.
