Perfect room

Pros: Very nice and clean room, comfortable beds and a very exceptional location

Cons: I could have used more hygiene supplies, e.g. cotton pads, women's shampoo, toothpaste

Pros: There was bathtub in room 111, breakfast, available parking spots for hotel guests, preserved original elements from hotel building.

Cons: Rooms were badly sound isolated.

Love this hotel ❤️

Pros: Lovely hotel with so much history, fabulous location, lovely staff, super clean and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Cons: My only complaint was I had a room on the street side and the noisy late night revellers walking past kept waking me up (I’m a light sleeper) Of course this is not the fault of the hotel but if I’m lucky enough to visit Krakow again, I’d ask for an inside room.

Pros: A beautiful historic building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for the train station and an easy walk into the old town. Breakfast was excellent too.

Excellent stay in historical hotel in super convenient location : 0)

Pros: Amazing experience in this 19th century historical hotel right in the heart of the Old Town. Cafes, restuarants and places of interests were all within walking distance, making our visit even in the cold month of Feb very enjoyable.
