Hotel Pod Różą

Pros: When we were checking in, the receptionist told us that this is the best hotel in Kraków — and she truly wasn’t exaggerating. From the very first moment, we felt that it was something special. And please, don’t miss the spa. It is honestly one of the coziest and most unique spa experiences I’ve ever had. The ambiance is incredibly relaxing, intimate, and special — you can truly disconnect and fully unwind. Highly recommended — I would happily come back again.

A secret well worth keeping to yourself

Pros: Very helpful staff, beautiful bedroom, wonderful location, fantastic spa

Cons: Entrance lobby does not reflect the quality elsewhere in the hotel. Roses should be on display to match the name of the hotel. Only one additional pillow when two would be more appropriate.

Cons: Staff were not very friendly We had to insist on changing one of our junior suites due to a smell of Dogs and had to pay an additional £40 per night for the pleasure The reception staff were quite unhelpful and quite blunt A bit disappointed in the way it was handled but I didn’t want to ruin our 3 night stay

Amazing as always

Pros: I stayed there for the second time and loved it (also as a Polish person who used to live in Cracow)! Amazing location as well as their wellness area. Beautiful and peaceful spa in the historical basement. Loved the design on the rooms. The staff was very helpful and welcoming to my cat :) Will come back for sure!

Nice friendly hotel close to all amenities, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Pros: We liked that our room was available on arrival as we got to the hotel early (09:30ish) The room was a good size room with 2 large beds which were very comfortable. Bathroom had all toiletries. There was a small selection of tea bags (fruit teas) and a coffee machine but no milk or English tea, these where available when asked for at reception and brought up to the room. There is a mini bar which you are charged for on what you use. This hotel will also keep hold of your suitcases if you have a later flight which is handy to know.

Cons: There was a hairdryer which only had a short flex so you couldn't reach the mirror to see what your doing when drying your hair as the socket was to far away, also had an annoying button that you have to keep pressed to make it work, not really a big problem for me but might for others so take your own hairdryer.

Peaceful central stay with incredible spa

Pros: We absolutely loved the spa which exceeded our expectations as a beautiful space to relax in everyday. The reception staff were very helpful with our requests, and the hotel was really quiet despite being right in the centre of town.

Good, but not great.

Pros: The location. Also they upgraded us to a better room. We did not have breakfast inside the hotel so cannot comment on that.

Cons: We would have liked to have dinner at the restaurant but couldn’t find any great options for my husband who is vegan. Such a pity… Also, as for myself I found a bit misleading the photos for the SPA area since it seemed that there was a small pool or jacuzzi. There is not anything like that.
